Techfuze Services provides both professional services and physical products, including but not limited to:

Services

• Electrical engineering and technical consultancy

• Electrical and systems installation

• IT and AI solutions

• Automation and technical training
  
  

Products

• Water heaters

• Pumps

• Electrical panels and switchgear

• Cables, lighting fixtures, switches, and related electrical accessories
  
  

Product specifications, warranties, and installation scope (if applicable) will be outlined in quotations or invoices.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• All prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing.
  
  

• Full or partial payment may be required before products are ordered or services commence.
  
  

• Custom-ordered or special-order items may require full prepayment.
  
  

• Failure to pay may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation.
  
  

3. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by suppliers, shipping, or customs.
  
  

• Installation services, if included, will be specified separately.
  
  

• Risk of loss for products transfers to the client upon delivery.
  
  

4. Refund and Returns Policy

Services

• Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
  
  

• If a service cannot be completed due to Techfuze’s fault, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
  
  

Products

• Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  
  

• Custom-ordered, installed, or special-order items are non-refundable.
  
  

• Electrical components that have been installed, energized, or modified are not eligible for return.
  
  

• Refunds exclude delivery, installation, and processing fees.
  
  

5. Warranties

• Products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
  
  

• Techfuze does not provide additional warranties unless stated in writing.
  
  

• Improper installation, misuse, or third-party modification voids all warranties.
  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and site access
  
  

• Ensure electrical systems meet applicable codes and standards
  
  

• Use products and services only for lawful and intended purposes
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, documentation, reports, software, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Techfuze unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Techfuze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
  

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
